Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. CamSec AI GO (Subscription Model)

• Cancellation: CamSec AI GO is a month-to-month subscription service. If you are enrolled in auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the start of your new billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for active, partial, or past subscription months. If you cancel before the new cycle begins, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your currently paid billing period, after which the service will seamlessly terminate.

2. CamSec AI PRO MINI (Hardware & Software Bundle)

• Returns & Refunds: CamSec AI PRO MINI includes physical hardware that is specifically configured and detailed for each individual customer prior to dispatch. Due to the customized nature of this product, we strictly do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been processed. All sales are final.

3. CamSec AI PRO (Enterprise Edition)

• Returns & Refunds: CamSec AI PRO is a fully customized AI security solution tailored specifically to the operational requirements, scale, and infrastructure of each individual client. Because of this extensive customization and dedicated deployment process, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds on the CamSec AI PRO software licenses, AMC, or associated hardware.
